FieldAssist is, and has been for more than 10 years, the standard solution for field service engineers who are active in installation, service and maintenance. FieldAssist supports the receiving, planning and assigning of orders to service engineers. This improves the management, the logistic process and the reporting possibilities. In this way FieldAssist leads to a better customer service, higher efficiency and productivity and lower costs.
FieldAssist is a mobile Field Service solution that enables companies with a Field Services department to save costs and improve their services. The mobile Field Service solution is designed from the perspective of a service engineer. The mobile application has been developed using the considerable advances in wireless communications and mobile computing devices to offer the reality of empowering the field service engineers with the information of the internal back office systems. The planning department is able to make clear appointments because they always have access to the most up-to-date information available, which improves the flexibility and a better service.
